57, a lifelong Phoenix native, was taken from this earth too soon on August 9, 2017. Jacquelyn Adair, born in Phoenix, was a daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved like no other, with a capacity to love the entire world. She was married to David Madrid, her soulmate, for more than 35 years, but they were together more than 40 years. Jacque was mother to four children: Bryan Little, who left this world in 2005; Angelica and Jacob Madrid; and Kara (Chris) Pena. She is grandmother to eight grandchildren: Xavier, Damien, Andrew and Noah Guzman; Hannah Little; Kazandra and Kammy Pena and Krysteena Semmler. She is great-grandmother to Atticus Semmler. Jacque has three sisters: Jody Keeney, Vikki Monahan and Carol Silvius. She is preceded in death by her father John Monahan; mother Ann Monahan; son Bryan Little; brother Michael Monahan. The world is a lesser place without her. Jacque was the life of the party. The arranger of get-togethers. She loved unconditionally. She forgave unconditionally. She was a Virginia G. Piper Humanitarian Award nominee for passing legislation requiring all dialysis technicians in the state be licensed to care for patients. She loved her patients and sacrificed her career for them. A celebration of Jacque’s life will be held. For more information visit http://www.hansenmortuary.com. All her many friends and family are invited.
