Condolences for the family of “Gerald Olson”

Condolence from Tom Stuart on February 5th, 2014 5:21 pm

Gerry was a trusted friend and a fine RF-4C pilot. I flew with him and worked with him for years with the Idaho Air National Guard in Boise. I recall his constant good humor, his love of family, and dedication to his work. Godspeed, Gerry – my best to Gaylia, Deb, and all. Tom Stuart, Boise

Condolence from Melanie Mullinax on February 6th, 2014 5:33 am

My co-worker and I met Gerry when we began working for him, cleaning his home each week. Gerry was the kindest, sweetest, most thoughtful and gentle man. Every week we were greeted at the door with a giant smile along with cookies and bananas that he made sure he always had ready for us. We would sit and talk and Gerry would share stories with us of when he was a young man and of his time in the airforce. Gerry was hilarious, and his sense of humor and quick wit were two of the qualities i loved about him most. Gerry took a genuine interest in both of our lives, as well ,and showed so much care and concern whenever we had any personal issues going on. Gerry also enjoyed when we would read to him poetry. It always made him smile. There are so many things we will miss about Gerry. We will always love you Gerry. You will never be forgotten. Melanie and Theresa
