Dr. Sandi Howlett is a Grief Specialist and has worked with Hansen Mortuaries for over 12 years. She has both extensive experience and expertise in loss, grief and healing work.
Throughout the year, she facilitates Six Simple Weeks, a grief support group, as well as Grieving Paws, a grief support group for those that lost their pet. These groups are available to anyone in the community at no charge. She also sees some clients individually and leads the Remembrance Ceremonies. She believes that grief is both natural and intentional…. that grief is hard work and that healing is possible.
Please contact Sandi or visit our blog to find out when these support groups meet. Space is limited in both group and individual appointments so please pre-register by calling ahead.

It provides education and support for children on the day of the service. This program provides the tools for children to create a Special Time to Always Remember a loved one.
