Richard Matej, born in Queens, NY on March 22, 1974 passed away on September 17, 2009. Richard was the son of Gina Matej and the late Jon Matej. He leaves behind his wife Lisa, brother Jonathan, mother Gina, grandparents, uncles Lucien and Tibi and many extended family members. He graduated from U of A in 1999. His beautiful eyes, smile, laugh and sense of humor will be missed by all. Visitation will be held at the Community Church of Joy, 21000 N. 75th Avenue, Glendale on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 from 6 - 9 pm and funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at 1 pm, also at the Community Church of Joy.
