Hagen, Jeri Lyn 56 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on November 25, 2009. Born in Glenwood, Minnesota, she moved to AZ 50 years ago where she was a Registered Nurse, and Medical Coder at the V. A. Medical Center. She is survived by her son DeShaun Hagen of Tempe, grandson Chase Hagen, sisters Cathy Brown and Lori Hagen, and brother Michael Hagen.
