KOENIG, Mary Anne, 93, of Phoenix, passed away 12/20/09 after complications following a stroke. The fourth of five children, she was born in Chicago, IL. She attended Senn High School and business college, then worked as a secretary. She married Joseph M. Koenig in 1938. They had four daughters and lived in Chicago before moving to Phoenix in 1951. Her fifth daughter was born in 1956. Mary enjoyed family, friends, cooking, needlework and reading. She was widowed in 1983. All will remember her loving ways and great sense of humor. Mary is survived by four daughters (Joanne, Melinda, Judith and Marianne), and four grandchildren. Her eldest daughter, Mary M., passed away in 2008.
