Schubert, Rudolph Mathew 52 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on December 28, 2009. He was born in Bagdad, AZ and was a heavy equipment operator in the mining industry. He is survived by and will be missed by his children Christine Chaff, Barbara, Rudolph, and Benjamin Schubert; brothers Timothy and Richard Schubert; sisters Deborah Mendibles and Lori Acosta; mother Cynthia Chavez (husband Sonny) and 5 grandchildren. Memorial service will be at 10 am Thursday, December 31, 2009 at New Life Community Church, 8155 W. Thunderbird Rd.
