Balyoz, Harold "Hal" passed January 6, 2010. Hal was a long-time Sedona resident and member of the Sedona Concert Band. He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley and is survived by his sons Paul (Sherri) and Bill. Services will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2010, 10:30 am at The Citadel Assisted Living, 520 S.
