Thomas G. Stack, Sr. of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on January 18, 2010, at the age of 57. Tom was a devoted husband, beloved father, brother, and uncle, and a great friend to many. Tom was born in Chicago, Illinois on December 2, 1952, to George and Joan Stack, the eldest of four children. He lived in Davenport, Iowa, for most of his childhood. Tom met the love of his life, Judy Kay Petersen, and he married her in Davenport on April 20, 1979. Tom worked as a database analyst for 30 years, with John Deere, American Express, PCS, and Safeway. Tom was also a math teacher at Shadow Mountain High School. Tom also had many hobbies and volunteer activities. He was a life master in duplicate bridge, a Toastmaster, a Mensa member, an enthusiastic parishioner at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, and he actively participated in his children
