Obituary

Rossi, Battista Lawrence 93 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on January 26, 2010. He was born in Norwich, PA. He was a WW II Army Veteran who served in Europe. He went in at Normandy, and was in the Battle of the Bulge, and in doing so he was awarded the Purple Heart and 5 bronze stars. He moved to AZ in 1956. He was an Aluminum Tubing Extruder. He was preceded in death by his wife Esther M. Rossi, and son James. He is survived by daughters Bonnie Brummer (Robert) of Overgaard and Pamela Berry (Robert) of Scottsdale, brother Albert Rossi (Beatrice), 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Graveside service will be at 9:30 am, Friday, January 29, 2010 at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road. Arrangements by Hansen Mortuary.
