Obituary
Hare, Diana (DeDe) Lynn Diana (DeDe) Lynn Hare (nee Henderson) has gone to a better place. She became an Angel on February 1, 2010. Diana was born in Youngstown, Ohio on June 12, 1951 to Edward and Virginia Henderson. She leaves to cherish her memories a husband and soul mate Bill, and the sunshine of her life, her two precious children, daughter and best friend Nicole (Tim) Roos, and son and best friend Ryan; they were her rainbow in the sky. The most important thing to her was her family. She loved parties and barbeques and loving and laughing with her family. She was beautiful both inside and out with a gorgeous smile that could light up any room. Diana was married for 33 years to her best friend, buddy, shopping mate, soul mate and all time best companion, Bill, who worshiped her throughout their fabulous marriage. Diana accepted her trials and tribulations in life without a single complaint and never giving up in life throughout her courageous battle with autoimmune disease. She remained a classy, extremely caring and very unselfish lady in all aspects of life, accepting the good and bad times, always seeing the positive side of life and always thinking about others even when her life was in jeopardy from her horrible disease. Diana was always there for advice for family and friends, as she always seemed to have the right answer. Diana was a wonderful and terrific mother whose positive impact on her children is evident as both Nicole and Ryan are such great, caring kids. Most recently, Diana worked at Zuni Elementary School for ten years prior to her medical complications. She made friends easily amongst all of the students she worked with, always bringing a cheerful smile to each of their faces. She and her family lived in numerous parts of the U.S. (Tucson, New York, Kansas City and Newport Beach) during her husband’s federal career. She made the best of all her moves by always finding the positive in every place that she resided. She met her soul mate Bill while seated together on a commercial airplane in August of 1975. After a brief courtship, they married on December 29, 1976. Their intense love for each other carried them throughout their lives. She was preceded in death by her parents. She leaves behind her husband Bill and two wonderful children, Nicole and Ryan and two sisters, Eydie Eaton and her husband Charlie Eaton of Glendale, AZ and Donna Henderson Casanova of Tucson, AZ, brother Edward Henderson and his wife Allene of Grand Rapids, MI; adopted mom Mildred Koerber of Tucson, AZ and best friends Mary Hall and Nancy Hamilton. Diana has many other friends and relatives. Also sad will be her two puppies, Ringo and Zorro. The family wants to thank the caring staff of nurses and doctors at Scottsdale Healthcare Shea and more recently, the very caring staff at the University of Arizona Medical Center in Tucson. Diana will leave a tremendous void in her family, especially her children and husband, who miss her dearly. Funeral arrangements are by Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary, 6500 E.
