Obituary

Josella V. Redmond (nee Blonien), 94, passed away peacefully June 13, 2021 in Phoenix, AZ. She was known affectionately as "Bobbie".

Bobbie started life in Rudolph, Wisconsin where she lived with her loving parents and siblings prior to moving to Wauwatosa, Wisconsin with her family. Bobbie married William (Bill) Redmond and raised their 4 children, worked several jobs and volunteered at church and the children's schools. Following her retirement from her Associate Administrator position at St. Camillus Health Care Center, she and Bill moved to Phoenix, Arizona.

Her greatest joy was her love of family. Bobbie was a devout Catholic and participant in church activities. She enjoyed traveling and meeting new people. She visited family in Wisconsin, Texas, California and Washington State. Bobbie also traveled to Austria and Italy with her daughter and granddaughter on her daughter's church choir tour. Music was an integral part of her life. She played multiple instruments and took pleasure in band and choir concerts. Bobbie enjoyed family get-togethers and playing cards.

Bobbie is preceded in death by; her husband, Bill, after 55 years of marriage, her sisters Mary Agnes and Joan Blonien, brothers Dave, Chuck and Jim Blonien and her parents Clement L. and Mary K. (Huber) Blonien.

Surviving children: Robert Redmond, Kathleen Redmond (Michael Neilson), John Redmond (Margaret), James Redmond (Deborah).

Surviving grandchildren: Andrea Goguen (Shawn), Dan Redmond (Debra), Maureen Brown (Casey), Laura Neilson, Connie Allen (Justin), Rebecca Pautsch (Adam), Heather Redmond (Scott Patterson), Scott Redmond (Amanda), Christiana Redmond (Trevor Rhodes). Further survived by 16 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
