Although it has been many years since Scott was at Cactus Shadows, he is and will always be one of my “kids”, just as Savannah and Hunter are now. My heart is saddened and all my love goes out to your family. Abrazos grandes para todos! I am sorry for your loss.

So very saddened to have heard the news and my deepest heartfelt condolences go out to you all at this time. Scott was truly one of a kind and his presence will be missed by so many. Scott was a brother and was my first ASM in the car business oh so many years ago. I still cherish the times I was able to spend with him and Jamee and consider them some of the best times. I have a few great examples, but would love to share a quick example of one….

My mom and sister discovered they had a peeping Tom looking into their house at night. Well as soon as we heard about it, Scott wanted to act. So we spent the night camped out in the backyard of my moms house, wearing his camo and using his night vision goggles to sniper some one who happened to be unlucky enough to attempt anything. Fortunately they never came and we ended up sharing a few drinks, smokes and laughs in one of the most non-eventful blasts of a night I’ve ever had. Pure Scott….

He truly was a great guy and although we hadn’t spoken in years, I know if I would have seen him at any time, he would have greeted me with a giant smile and treated me like a brother. I’m sorry I missed my chance to make it happen….

Much love and my deepest condolences to Jamee, Stephanie, Hunter and Savannah. Randy, Barb, Chad, Randy, Rob and all the kids. Many of you have been family or like family to me over the years and I truly hope feel the love and are comforted by the impact he has left on this Earth with all those fortunate enough to know him.

Rest In Peace Scott. You are already very missed.

To the Hubler family,

I am at a loss for words over the loss of Scott. I enjoyed working with Scott and had many great times with him. One moment stands out........

When the new Viper came out, I was lucky enough to be personally involved with the Viper program, and was in charge of the Vipers at the dealership. At that time, we also had one of the General Lee's from the TV show " Dukes of Hazzard ".
Anyways, on Xmas Eve, I had asked Scott if I could take either the Viper home or the General Lee, and put it in my when I woke up Xmas morning, I could go out, open my garage and see my pretend Xmas present. Scott looked at me, pointed at my chest and said NO! You are not taking the General Lee for that....and proceeded to leave.
So based on the power of deduction, I took home the Viper.

On Dec. 26th, Scott says to me...what the hell were you thinking? I said, said I could not take the General Lee....nothing about the Viper. He was alittle mad......The next day Baxter walked in and asked Scott if he had to get permission from him or me to take the Viper out for a ride.
Even though he was a little mad, he later laughed about it. He was never a person to hold a grudge, and his kindness and great personality will be missed.

Rest in Peace Scott

Wow Scott. I was shocked to hear the news and it still seems so unreal. One of the coolest guys ever and I am proud to have known you and to have been your friend. I will miss our sporadic conversations and will always regret that the time got away from us and we put that lunch off for too long. I have so many great memories and have always considered you one of the best of us. I know you will be up there finding a way to hunt and fish. I know you will always be watching over your beautiful wife and family and I do not think there will be enough room for all your friends at any venue. I remember Cocomo Joes when you were moving back and we rocked that place. I was so happy when you called me for a job at the Big C and we brought you back here with us. Rest in Peace Brother and MFMC will look you up when my time comes!
