Joyce Sybil Cohen, 92, passed away on March 9, 2023 in Scottsdale, Arizona. She was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Arizona in the early 80's with her husband, Harold who passed away in 2007. She is survived by daughters Cathy Kennedy (Tom) and Robin Balsbaugh (Jim) and grandchildren and their spouses, Abby (Zach Lehman), Sarah (Cameron Snyder) and Megan and great grandson Sonny Lehman. Joyce is also survived by her brother and his wife Lawrence and Carole Hochman as well as several nieces and nephews and their extended families.
