Pamala Kowallis Erickson, 76, passed away peacefully surrounded by those who love and cherish her on May 21, 2019 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
She is the wife of Leroy Biesinger Erickson. They were married on January 14, 1977 and shared 42 years of marriage together. They were sealed for time and all eternity in the Mesa, Arizona temple. Born in Logan, Utah she is the daughter of Paul Abrams Kowallis and Venna Munk Kowallis. She attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science. She worked with her husband for much of her life in their real estate business but always considered her family her number one priority. She is a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints fulfilling many roles of service to her church and community during her lifetime. She enjoyed being a wife, mother, and grandmother and spent her free time pursuing reading, music, and family history. She will be remembered for her consistent faith, generosity, and kindness in words and deeds. She is survived by her husband Leroy Erickson, son Ammon Erickson, son Helaman Erickson (Christina), daughter Julie Erickson, brother Paul Kowallis (Kaye), and sister Nancy Kener (Jeff). She has 5 grandchildren Charlotte Erickson, Olivia Erickson, Elliott Erickson, Graham Erickson, and Emily Voegele.
The funeral service will be on June 1, 2019 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on 3010 E. Thunderbird Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85032 at 11AM with a viewing preceding the service at 10AM.
The internment will be at Hansen Desert Hills Cemetery located at 6500 E. Bell Rd. Scottsdale, AZ 85254 directly following the service. “The Lord is my light, then why should I fear?”Print Obituary & Condolences
