Condolence from Frank Lindsey on June 12th, 2019 5:10 pm

Mary Ellen, Taylor and Family: We are greatly saddened by Rick’s passing and have so many fond memories of him. His generosities to his employees, friends and even strangers was most admirable. Rick’s family, religion, friends and charities were so important to him. He did not wait for the charitable drives for holidays, but rather throughout the year he would load up items and we would deliver them around town. Many people benefited from having known this incredible man. It seems he was always giving me the “prime” assignments. There are several stories I could tell, such as helping pick out a ten foot Christmas tree with him only to bring it home and place it on a tiny tree stand to have it fall over when being decorated. Also, my “duties” whenever he was away of babysitting a crazed rabbit which not only bit me but jumped out of its cage and threw its rabbit pellets all over the floor. Only took me about an hour to clean it up. Rick got a good laugh from that one! He was a man to admire, respect and love. I hope to reunite with him when my time comes so we can once again share the talks and good laughs that we had while here. Our deepest and sincere sympathies to you and your family upon the loss of this wonderful man.
Frank and Carol Lindsey
